2022 is the year in which the (first) Fieldlab Zephyros AIRTuB project will be completed.
For more than 3 years, the 16 partners below have researched, designed and prototyped together intensively to optimize blade maintenance on wind turbines at sea.

The fourth 2022 AIRTuB event ‘Erosion modeling and repair recipe’ has been succesful. The event was held at Energy Barn at EnTranCe in Groningen and attended by participants from industry (both from solution and technology providers as well by owner/operators and others) and science. This led to questions after the presentations and discussions between participants during lunch.

After the initial presentations by various specialists from AIRTuB highlighting their results, other stakeholders presented their solutions for blade inspections, followed by a panel discussion.

Save the date
November 24th next we will organize this year’s last in a series of five delivery events of the WCM Fieldlab Zephyros AIRTuB project.
At this event all results from more than three years research and development by 14 partners will be presented and demonstrated. Besides looking back we will also look ahead and inform you of – and discuss the next steps to be set on the AIRTuB roadmap.
