2022 is the year in which the (first) Fieldlab Zephyros AIRTuB project will be completed.
For more than 3 years, the 16 partners below have researched, designed and prototyped together intensively to optimize blade maintenance on wind turbines at sea.

The second 2022 AIRTuB event ‘Smart maintenance for offshore windturbine blades by Robotized Coating Technology’ has been succesful. The event was held at the Qlayers and attended by participants from industry (both from solution and technology providers as well by owner/operators and others) and science. This led to questions after the presentations and discussions between participants during lunch.

After the initial presentations by various specialists from AIRTuB highlighting their results, other stakeholders presented their solutions for blade inspections, followed by a demonstration and guided tour at QLayers.
